RPC - integrated campaign
This law firm was on the scout for new trainee solicitors. But they’re not any normal law firm – their culture is young, diverse, fresh and exciting. And their new recruitment campaign had to reflect this.
Partnered with an art director, and based at recruitment specialist agency, Tonic, we came up with the concept for #StrikinglyReal – a brave move for the stuffy world of law. The concept highlighted the unique personalities of RPC employees in order to connect with the kind of quirky candidates who might be interested in applying to work there.
I led the creative and created all copy, from pitching to the client, to rolling out the campaign through the website, social media posts, print ads, exhibition stands and event collateral.
